Here are some common-sense rules that will help you steer clear of trouble:

SMBNation.TV does not allow pornography or sexually explicit content. SMBNation.TV will not tolerate illegal or threatening videos. If such videos come to our attention, we will report them immediately to the proper authority.

Don't post videos showing abuse, drug/alcohol abuse, under-age drinking and smoking, or terrorism.

Graphic or gratuitous violence is not allowed. If your video shows someone being physically hurt, attacked, or humiliated, we will reject it.

SMBNation.TV is a professional site for businesses and partners.

Respect others copyright. Only upload videos that you are authorized to use. This also means don not use content in your videos that someone else owns the copyright to, such as music tracks, snippets of copyrighted programs, or videos made by other users, without necessary authorizations.

Be respectful of the community. Predatory behavior, stalking, threats, harassment, intimidation, invading privacy, revealing other people’s personal information, and inciting others to commit violent acts or to violate the Terms of Use are not allowed. Members caught behaving as such take the risk of getting banned from the server.

Do not create misleading descriptions, tags, titles or thumbnails in order to increase views.

Please take these rules seriously. Don't try to "work around" them. We endorse the spirit of the rules above the letter.
